Dashi (だ し Japanese style broth) is the soul of Japanese cuisine.
Shikouno Dashi contains four kinds of dried fish plus kombu (kelp), to bring the flavor of Japanese taste. All ingredients are natural and no artificial colors. Can be used in many different dishes: miso soup, noodle soup base, Japanese egg rolls, mixed rice. You can also tear the dashi bag and add the soup powder directly for fried rice, Japanese-style pasta, etc.
<As a basic soup base> Add a bag to 400ml of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
<As a thick soup base> Add 2 bags to 500ml of boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes.
<Make a Japanese-style dish> Tear open the bag and add directly to the dishes.
