This stock powder is made from 100% Hinai chicken from Akita Prefecture. It contains many vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions) and is free from chemical seasonings, ensuring safe use. The unique UMAMY flavor combines the rich taste of Hinai chicken with the fresh taste of vegetables, providing a warm and gentle flavor. It is especially suitable for Western dishes such as soups, pot-au-feu, and stews.

Hinai chicken, primarily produced in the northern part of Akita Prefecture, is one of Japan's native chicken breeds. Alongside Nagoya Cochin and Satsuma chicken, it is considered one of Japan's three most delicious chickens.

Compared to regular broilers, Hinai chicken has a longer rearing period and grows freely in a healthy environment. They are generally raised in free-range or spacious activity areas, resulting in firmer muscles and a richer flavor.
