Italian bergamot essential oil has a decent floral fragrance, which makes you feel happy and promote the state.

Add 6-8 drops of essential oil for an aroma bath. You can also diffuse the oil to create a relaxing atmosphere. 

Bergamot essential oil can also be blended with frankincense, geranium or lavender essential oils, all of which are ideal combinations.
