退貨及換貨

貨品於運送前，我們會檢查完好和妥善包裝，特別是易碎品會以保護物包好。如貨品送抵時出現損毀*或錯誤，請於收貨後48小時內以電郵或whatsapp (6218 5881)聯絡我們，並保留貨品及所有原包裝。經了解情況後我們將提供換貨或退款。所有退換的貨品必須是未經使用及保持原有狀況；如果產品附有該品牌的禮盒，亦需要完整地退回；否則將不會提供換貨服務。

* 如在網站內的相片中已顯示或內容上已描述的瑕疵將不視為損毀或損壞。

All goods undergo comprehensive quality control and are checked for faults and damage before they are sent to customers, and we will properly pack all goods before delivery, especially fragile items. If goods arrive damaged* or not as ordered, please inform us by email or whatsapp (6218 5881) within 48 hours, and keep the goods with all packaging. We will offer an exchange or refund if the proof is provided. All returned or exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition. If the items purchased include a branded box, this must also be returned undamaged. Items will not be accepted if they have been used, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

*Items which are shown on photos or stated in the description in the website, will not be considered as damage.
